stand behind our products. We realize that you may need to
return item(s) from time to time for one reason or another.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of original shipment
date. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns,
unless item is defective. This restocking fee covers our
costs incurred packaging, and processing orders. In some cases
of exchange only we may elect to waive this fee.
Please
note the following items are not subject to return or refund:

Curtains -because they are ordered to specific size.

Fabric by the yard

Items that have been customized (e.g. change the size of our
standard size throw, alter any size that is not our standard
stock size, or change in any way to the original design of our
product that has been requested by customer.

Bed Sized Mink/long fur bed throw covers - because they are
custom ordered by choosing backing color.
Please
notify us via email of your intent to return and the ship date
of your planned return. This way we can watch for your items and
begin to process your refund.
We
expect the item(s) returned to be in brand new condition.
Please do not attempt to return items that have been used.
Used items are redirected back to you.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the
return is due to defect. You may want to insure your return; we
cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
If you paid for your order by credit card, a credit will be
issued and will appear on your billing statement.
